Serendipitous Timing 2.0

Five months ago, I decided to quit working on Serendipitous Timing indefinitely. As many of you know, although ST is a work of fiction, it was inspired by what was probably the darkest year of my life. I started writing Serendipitous Timing as a way to process what I was going through at the time. That's why it's so hard to look at sometimes and why I took a pause.

It's been almost SIX YEARS since I started writing Serendipitous Timing!!! That's a long time to be writing about one of the darkest times of my life. So, of course, it takes a toll sometimes.

HOWEVER, I've spent the last few weeks converting ST into a novella and the first draft is already finished!! I'm hoping to get some feedback from friends, and then I will be self-publishing.

Although it was a bit rough diving headfirst back into this project, I feel a lot better knowing that I've changed and edited it in a way that I am a lot happier with. I put a lot of my heart into this novel-turned-novella, and I am excited (but also nervous!!) to share it with the world.
